Class 7 have been reading Kwame Alexander’s The Crossover in class and today we went to see him perform at The Children’s Bookshow at The Old Vic Theatre. He was so inspiring and funny – and reminded us to never give up on our dreams, even if we come across obstacles! All of the children got given a free copy of his book and some of us agreed that we would rather read it than go outside to play. What an exciting morning!
